R.I.P. to one of the greatest

Our homie DJ Predakon and his friends made a awesome set titled “Born Ready to Die”,  dedicated to the 15 year anniversary of the passing of The Notorious B.I.G.  They mixed together the music from Lana Del Rey’s “Born To Die” with the lyrics from Biggie’s “Ready to Die”.  It’s a very smooth mashup of two musical styles that fit so well together in this eclectic 15 track mix.

Here is a little mashup Yooney Tunes put together last year to blend the hip hop legend’s lyrics with one of our favorites from Bassnectar.
